$150,000 - $175,000 base salary plus bonus and equity

Execute territory and compensation administration tasks
Coordinate Salesforce enhancements and maintain CRM data hygiene
Train the sales team on Salesforce processes and forecasting mechanics
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports
