You will manage customer renewal and cancellation conversations to maintain long-term partnerships. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to adapt solutions based on customer needs.

Details

Montreal, in-person four days a week, remote on Fridays
OTE: $80,000 CAD
1+ years of B2B customer-facing experience
Fluency in both English and French

The work

Own customer renewal and cancellation conversations from initial request through final resolution
Investigate the real reasons behind cancellation requests
Negotiate creative renewal solutions by adapting contract structure and service offerings
Proactively identify customers at risk using customer health indicators
