Chicago, in-office position
$145,000 minimum base salary, eligible for performance bonus
4+ years of equity research experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

The work

Conduct deep fundamental research on companies and industries
Track earnings, guidance, and market-moving news
Analyze event plays focusing on timing and positioning
Pitch trade ideas and defend them in discussions
