You will lead the executive recruiting team in EMEA, focusing on Partner and Managing Director candidates. This role involves building relationships, mentoring the team, and managing the recruitment process.

Details

Location: London, Munich, Dusseldorf, or Berlin
Experience: Leading an executive search team in EMEA within a consulting or professional services organization
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel

The work

Oversee and improve the candidate experience from introduction to onboarding
Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team
Own key searches end-to-end, including candidate outreach and interview processes
Facilitate the development of detailed business cases for final-stage PMD candidates
