5 years experience in real estate or investment advisory
Experience in industrial or data centre sectors is advantageous

The work

Conduct market research and opportunity mapping for site selection
Coordinate due diligence materials and feasibility assessments
Support negotiation of legal documents and contract execution
Prepare presentation materials and updates for internal stakeholders
