Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or related primary care specialty)

The work

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan
See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care
Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management
