Job description

Join the ACLU as a legal intern to support their work at the Supreme Court. This role offers hands-on experience in legal research and drafting while working remotely or in New York or San Francisco.

Details

Remote or hybrid, based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
Internship for course credit only
Must be a current law student, preferably completed 1L year
Part-time (10-20 hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week) for 10-12 weeks

The work

Conduct legal research and analysis for litigation projects
Draft legal memoranda, motions, and briefs
Support ACLU affiliates and cooperating attorneys
Assist with long-term planning and strategy projects
