Join the ACLU as a Spring Legal Intern in New York, supporting the Criminal Law Reform Project. Gain hands-on experience in legal research and advocacy while working on critical issues in criminal justice reform.

Details

New York, NY, hybrid position
Part-time (10, 15, or 20 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks
Open to U.S. law students who have completed at least one year

The work

Conduct legal research and writing, including memos and court submissions
Assist in factual investigation
Support preparation for court cases, such as depositions and hearings
