Job description

You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for SRLabs and its sister companies in Berlin. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in technical and business recruitment.

Details

Berlin, hybrid work
Fixed-term, around 12 months, ideally part-time (60–80%) with potential for full-time
No visa sponsorship available
Proven technical recruiting experience required

The work

Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles at SRLabs and selected Allurity sister companies
Write and post job ads that attract suitable candidates
Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews
Proactively source candidates for technical roles using various channels
