You will ensure the quality of collection processes and develop training materials for teams in Berlin. This role involves analyzing performance gaps and optimizing processes for international markets.

Details

Berlin, hybrid work model with 2-3 days on-site per week
€47,000 - €57,000 per year based on a 40-hour week
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Training & Documentation and/or Quality Management
Fluent in English, German knowledge is beneficial

The work

Develop, implement, and optimize trainings and learning paths
Document, update, and expand process documentation to additional European markets
Build and structure a knowledge database for AI-powered tools
Leverage KPI reporting for continuous improvement of quality standards
