You will support the growth of the Sales team through end-to-end recruiting. Your focus will be on sourcing and screening candidates for various sales positions in Berlin.

€40,000-50,000 gross per year
Full-time (40h/week) with flexible hours
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in sales recruiting

The work

Conduct end-to-end recruiting for sales positions
Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the Sales team
